DDRC Brake pedal spring

Used on many DDRC.  Brake pedal return spring used so you are not relying totally on the master cylinder spring to hold weight of foot and pedal up as they weaken over time.  Used to increase tension on brake pedal, while your foot rides the pedal preventing the brakes from dragging.  Only apply brakes when you mean to.
